ऋषिकेश (संवाददाता)। राज्य की चारधाम यात्रा की तैयारियों को लेकर प्रशासन ने कवायद शुरू कर दी है। सोमवार को अपर आयुक्त गढ़वाल हरक सिंह रावत ने परिवहन व्यवसायियों और विभागीय अधिकारियों से यातायात व्यवस्था को सुगम बनाने पर चर्चा की। निर्देशित किया कि यात्रा काल में वाहनों का संकट नहीं हो, इसके सभी वाहनों की आस्थापथ पर जाने और वहां से लौटने पर भद्रकाली और तपोवन चेकपोस्ट पर हाजिरी अनिवार्य है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के स्वच्छ भारत मिशन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए वाहनों में डस्टबीन रखे जाएंगे। उसमें एकत्र कूड़े को रास्ते में उपयुक्त स्थान पर डंप किया जाएगा।नगर पालिका के स्वर्णजंयती सभागार में अपर आयुक्त गढ़वाल हरक सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में चली बैठक में राज्य परिवहन विभाग, रोडवेज और चारधाम यात्रा का संचालन करने वाली निजी परिवहन कंपनियों के पदाधिकारियों से चारधाम यात्रा की रूपरेखा पर विचार विमर्श किया। परिवहन कंपनियों से आवश्यक सुझाव मांगे। यातायात पर्यटन एवं सहकारी संघ अध्यक्ष कुंवर सिंह रावत, उपाध्यक्ष मनोज ध्यानी ने बीटीसी पार्किंग को कब्जा मुक्त करने की मांग उठाई। अवैध शराब की बिक्री पर चिंता भी जताई।अपर आयुक्त गढ़वाल ने बताया कि चारधाम यात्रा को लेकर शासन प्रशासन पूरी तरह संजीदा है। उन्होंने तीर्थयात्री और स्थानीय परिवहन व्यवसायियों के हित में कार्य करने का आश्वासन दिया। मौके पर एसडीएम हरगिरी, आरटीओ सुधांशु गर्ग, पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी वीरेंद्र रावत, एआरटीओ ऋषिकेश डा. अनीता चमोला, एआरटीओ काशीपुर अनीता चंद, एआरटीओ कोटद्वार रावत सिंह, सहायक नगर आयुक्त महेंद्र यादव, सहायक अभियंता आनंद सिंह मिश्रवाण, सफाई निरीक्षक सचिन रावत, श्री हेमकुंड गुरुद्वारा सदस्य गुरुदर्शन सिंह, प्यार सिंह गुनसोला आदि मौजूद थे।बीटीसी में शराब की अवैध बिक्री का मुद्दा उछलाचारधाम यात्रा को निर्विघ्न संपन्न कराने को चल रही बैठक में अपर आयुक्त गढ़वाल उस समय अवाक रह गए जब यातायात एवं पर्यटन समिति अध्यक्ष कुंवर सिंह रावत और मनोज ध्यानी ने चारधाम यात्रा बस ट्रांजिंट कंपाउंड (बीटीसी) और उसके आसपास अवैध शराब की बिक्री का मामला उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन एक तरफ चारधाम यात्रा को नशामुक्त बनाने की बात कर रहा है, वहीं बीटीसी में खुलेआम शराब बिक रही है। इसका असर चालक परिचालक पर पड़ रहा है। साहब ड्राइवर सुबह सबेरे ही नशा लेते हैं। अपर आयुक्त ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी वीरेंद्र रावत को प्रभावी कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।बैठक में अहम निर्णय1. पॉलीथिन, थर्माकोल के इस्तेमाल पर पांच हजार का जुर्माना।2. रोटेशन की 40 प्रतिशत बसें लोकल रूट पर और 60 प्रतिशत चलेंगी यात्रा पर।3. यात्राकाल में तड़के 4 बजे से रात 9 बजे तक संचालित होंगे वाहन।4. रात में संचालित होंगे भारी व्यवसायिक वाहन।5. रूट और मौसम की जानकारी को बीटीसी में लगेगा इलैक्ट्रिक डिस्पले।6. यात्री वाहनों में ज्वलनशील पदार्थ(एलपीजी गैस) ले जाने पर प्रतिबंध।7. यात्रा पर जाने वाले प्रत्येक प्राइवेट वाहन के बीमा, आरसी पर लगेगी विभागीय मुहर।8. चालक के नशे में मिलने पर वाहन होगा सीज। 9. यात्रा पर जाने वाले सभी वाहन बिना गमन पत्र के नहीं जाएंगे।10. स्टे वाहन भी संयुक्त यात्रा रोटेशन व्यवस्था समिति के अधीन संचालित होंगे।11. धाम के हिसाब से जारी होगा ग्रीन कार्ड।
